Dalian Baolong Ship Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Dalian Lvshun Economic Development Zone, in the most southern part of Chinese Liaotung Peninsula, known as the Ultima Thule of North China. In the north, we connect with Tuyang Highway and the extended line of highway between Shengyang and Dalian, known as the diamond channel; Near Lvshun New Train Ferry of Yantai and Dianlian, our geographic position is of superiority and the transportation is convenient. We were established in 2002, and our legal representative is Pan Dabao. After several years' development, our company has become the part matching factory of high-power ship diesel engines, with fixed assets of 0.12 billion Yuan. The land area of our old factory is 10,800sqm, and the building area is 4400sqm. The land area of our new factory built in 2006 is 60,000sqm. The land area of our workshop is 14,800sqm, and the office building covers an area of 2600sqm. We also have an affiliated foundry equipped with resin sand production lines that can supply 1500 tons of various casts. Our company is equipped with more than 120 sets of machining equipments such as large numerical control boring machine and milling machine, machining center, large numerical control floor-type boring and milling machine, large numerical control planer-type milling machine and other advanced machining equipment. 80% of the equipments are of numerical control. The largest lifting ability of our traveling crane is 75 tons. Now, our company has 280 employees and divisions of Production Management Department, Technology and Quality Department, Administrative Office, Financial Department, Machining Workshop 1, Machining Workshop 2, and the Affiliated Foundry. Our company is the member unit of China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry, and has been the credit enterprise of AAA grade of Dalian. Our company attained the certification of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System after being verified by the certification issued company of China Classification Society in 2004. Our company takes supplying parts to match ship engines as our main development direction. We have already established long and stable matching relations with Dalian Marine Diesel Co., Ltd. (DMD). In recent years, our company has paid more attention to the development of new markets and made some breakthroughs for the product development in fields of railway internal combustion locomotive, mine machinery, lifting machine. We have established better cooperative relationships with Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Dalian Ship Valve Factory, Dalian Ship Propeller Factory, DHI.DCW Co., Ltd., Japan Teraoka Machinery, Dalian Zhongqi Import and Export Co., Ltd., Dalian Ship Heavy Industry Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and other large and middle sized enterprises. We have become a designated matching factory and processing base of these enterprises. Our company produces key parts of low speed high-power ship diesel engines according to the patent technology of MAN B&W and Wartslia Sulzer Company, mainly including stands, racks, cylinder blocks, air condensers, scavenging engines, camshafts, air cylinders, coupling flanges, main and accessory bearing seats, bearing tops, balancing weights and pushing devices of fuel oil and exhaust systems, high tensile strength bolts, and standard components. Besides these, we also process large and middle sized structural components and precision parts of ship deck machinery, internal locomotives, thermal power generating units and air power generating units.
