Jiutai Energy (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. was co-invested by Jiutai Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and China Energy Co., Ltd. in March 2007, located in the Yangtse International Chemical Industry Park of Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone with registered capital of USD 48.72 million. Our annual capacity of DME is 1.2 million tons. After the project phase I was finished, our annual capacity increased 300 thousand tons of DME. Our company covers an area of 150 Chinese acres with a total investment of USD 48.72 million. The project was completed and put into production in March 2008. Our designed annual capacity of project phase II is 900 thousand tons of DME, and it is scheduled to be completed in 2009. The 1.2 million tons of DME project of our company will become a model project in the aspects of safety, environmental protection, corporate identity and economic benefits. It may further optimize the industry structure, increase the influence and competitiveness of our company in the Yangtze Delta Area, from which we can acquire significant return on investment and vast development space in the market.
