Nugen Machineries: At the Vanguard of Sheet Metal TechnologyThe Ahmedabad-based Nugen Machineries Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified manufacturer of Trimans brand Conventional and Numerically controlled (NC) Hydraulic Press Brakes, CNC Synchro Press Brakes, Variable Rake Angle NC Hydraulic Shears and other Sheet Metal Machineries. During the last two decades, Trimans has been one of the largest selling brands in Hydraulic Press Brakes and Shears in India. Nugen is certified by DNV and has a large and widespread user base supported by sound network of representatives all over India. Nugen has also been exporting its machineries to over 18 countries including USA, Malaysia, Turkmenistan, Kuwait, Tanzania, Bahrain, Dubai, Africa, UAE and Oman. Nugen has the distinction of pioneering and introducing the Rear Cylinder Hydraulic Press Brakes in India. The company has also designed and manufactured variable rake angle NC Hydraulic Shears with its in-house R& D efforts and has installed nearly 1, 200 Press Brakes and Shears in India and abroad. Nugen has successfully designed and manufactured special purpose presses and plants for manufacturing SAW pipes, hydro tube testers, extrusion presses (500MT) , etc. Nugen currently has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant situated at Changodar town near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is spread over a built up area of 50, 000 square feet with all the modern machineries and equipments including an imported plano milling machine and other facilities to manufacture quality products. The company is managed by technocrats and professionals having expertise in specialised areas like product designing and improvements, marketing, contracts execution, after-sales service, quality control, finance as well as customer support.
