Ultrasonic atomization disinfection compartment
Purpose:
It’s used for the sterilization of bakery products, such as cakes, bread, and moon cake, etc. The machine uses ultrasonic vibrations atomization to atomize the liquid preparation to 1 um—5um into tiny mist particles, with the help of the wind power of the draught fan inside to blow the preparation into the sterilization compartment to form a certain concentration of drug mist in the stanilization compartment. The materials to be sterilized are delivered to the sterilization coropanmant through the conveyer belt, and the drug mist of ultrasonic atomization would generate electrostatic reaction to adhere to the surface of the materials, se as to achieve the purpose of staribzalion.
Features:
1. it’s made of stainless steel, which is clean for use.
2. it uses flat flex belts to transfer materials to reduce the contact area between the belts and the material which could effectively essure the adhresion rate of atomizing agent.
3. using tha negative ions generated in the ultrasonic atomization process could make the drug mist generating electrostatic reaction, se as to increase the absorption efficiency of drug mist.
