Hydraulic Shear Press Q43-2000B is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to cold shear scrap metal into acceptable furnace charges. Hydraulic Shear Press Q43-2000B is suitable for angle steel, channel steel, steel sheet / plate, square billet, I-beam, round steel bar, deformed steel bar (rebar), steel pipe, miscellaneous section steel, metallic structural parts. Hydraulic Shear Press Q43-2000B is also good for non ferrous metal scrap such as aluminum extrusion profiles, thick copper cables, non ferrous metal sheets / plates, bars / rods, pipes / tubes, non ferrous alloys & structural parts, etc.

b.Robust machine of solid structure, special alloy for cutting blades.
c.Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).
d.Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders. Safety caging.
e.Hydraulic drive, solenoid valves, push button control. Automatic continous mode & single time manual mode available.
f.Pressing arm to hold material at time of cutting.
