In September 2007, the company launched the Frame Your Name product, featuring the Thomas & Friends and Dora the Explorer licensed characters with huge success. With a wooden frame for names up to 9 letters in length, 72 letters and 4 activity cards that help children learn while having fun and also form a Dora the Explorer or Thomas & Friends poster, this product has already attracted orders from the companys existing as well as new customers. Most recently, the company launched the new Blister Packs for Dora the Explorer and Thomas & Friends as well as the new, personalisable and site-specific mint tins, which are also available as a range with matching memo pads. Abracardabra UK Ltd are also distributors of handmade paper products, predominantly gift-wrap & bags, but also a wide range of beautiful handmade stationery and confetti. Also included in the range are high quality gift boxes and florist bags, and September 2007 saw the launch of the new range of braided paper, offering a wider variety of products to the companys current and prospective customers. All paper products offered by the company are environmentally friendly as they are made of 100 percent cotton (thus 100 percent wood free) with no chemicals used in the production process and produced by family-owned businesses. The company is responsible for the design and manufacture of all their own products, some in the U. K. and some in the Far East, and import to distribute in the UK and now export to over twenty countries worldwide. The company is always present at the major UK Fairs and also promotes its products through the Hong Kong Gifts & Premiums as well as Toy Fair twice a year. Abracardabra UK Ltd prides itself in doing business only with ethical, socially responsible suppliers that invest in helping the local community and do not use child labour in their operations. The company also invests a percentage of its annual profit to the Sri Lanka Foundation that, among others, has helped built a new nursery and buy fishing boats to help the local community recover from the Tsunami disaster.
