It looks and feels like real wood but is virtually maintenance free. It does not crack, split or warp. It is shipped pre-primed and can be stained or painted any color. Products capture the natural beauty and charm of real wood, providing a rich ambience to your home or business environment. Available in clear cypress, pecky cypress, wormy chestnut and barn wood for both interior and exterior applications. Exterior grade architectural products are cast in a light-weight concrete proprietary mix design enhanced with polymers and fibers that create a high strength, light-weight, resilient, fire-resistant product that is easy to cut and easy to install. Interior / exterior grade architectural products are made of polyurethane polymers molded to the detail and beauty of natural wood. These materials are lightweight, easy to cut and easy to install. TREE FREE WOOD products include wood beams, columns, brackets, window headers, window sills, shutters, planking, garage cladding and crown moldings.
