We are mainly engaged in smelting, forging, mechanical working and manufacturing line for the titanium & titanium alloy production with an investment of 200 million RMB. Our factory could produce 2000T ingots, 18,000T forgings, and 5000T mechanical processing products annually. We have developed a hi-tech equipment of 3T self-consumable vacuum ARC furnace which adopts German and Japanese advanced technology. It has many advantages such as short smelting period, high efficiency, high-safety, high rate of finished products, stable chemical composition and automatic control system which completely automate the melting process.2000T oil-hydraulic press is produced both by FIRST Company. and hi-tech titanium equipment manufacturer; it is the second advanced equipment in the domestic titanium industry. The self-weight of device is more than 300 tons and the forging frequency is 1 time/s. It has the competence to finish a 10-ton weight titanium ingot forging once, which changes the history in Chinese private enterprise with forging billet forged by forging hammer, and greatly improves the product quality and performance.Our company has already passed and implemented ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification. Due to excellent and reliable production equipment and physical & chemical analysis equipment together with advanced technology, we could produce quality assured products which completely meet various standards such as GB/T, GJB, HB and ASTM, AMS, ASME, MIL, and JIS.
