The main focus of BIPPL is on hand operated sprayers, which can be afforded by majority farmers. BIPPL is Located in Daman, 200 kms. north of Mumbai, which is the epicenter of all major agrochemical companies, BIPPL enjoys other location advantages viz. The area is known as the Plastic Capital of India, hence there is ease in getting skilled manpower, machines, raw materials and technology related to plastic processing. Close to Mumbai, the commercial and financial capital of India. BIPPLs head office is located at Mumbai. Conveniently connected by Road, Rail, Airport and Sea-Port. Labour is easily available and cost effective in Daman. The company manufactures all its plastic components in-house with the help of its own tool room facilities. It has established state of art assembly line and manufacturing facility that are completely integrated ensuring highest level of quality. Each and every component, sub-assembly and the entire sprayer undergoes quality check and performance test at different stages using state of art testing machines. BIPPL Sprayers are functionally piston type manually operated knapsack sprayer and piston type manually operated Compression Sprayer. It has special grade brass pressure chamber. The delivery system for the sprayers is of high quality, Leak proof, Durable and smooth in operation and is same for all the sprayers.
