C.P. Poly-Industry Co., Ltd. started business in jute bags for packing rice about 35 years ago in 1971.C.P. Poly invests a lot on developing new type of packaging bag and printing that is why they are right now the leader in this industry with biggest production capacity in Thailand. The achievement of ISO 9002 as well as ISO 9001 (version 2000) and 14001 in early 2000 has proved that they are concerned in creating good system and environment.In 2001, we have expanded our business abroad by investing a new factory C.P. Packaging (Vietnam) Industry Co.,Ltd supplying same PP. Woven bags in Vietnam. Our factory is located at Bien Hoa Industry, Zone II, Dongnai Province.Also earlier this year, we have agreed with PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, a PP. Woven bags manufacturer in Indonesia for the joint venture to expand further business in PP. Woven bags under new name of PT. Poly Packaging Industry.Our bags are used for packing agricultural products such as rice, flour, sugar, soya bean etc. as well as for packing fertilizer, chemical products such as plastic compound, cement, white cement, dolomite and other minerals. Apart from the above, our bags are also used for packing animal feeds such as shrimp feeds, fish meals, etc.Apart from the non-laminated and laminated bags, our companies have further developed using other material to coat with our bags such as paper, BOPP film and Synthetic paper with real photographic print using the Gravure system. These bags are very nice to use for packing products that need good persentation for customers such as Rice, Shrimp Feed, Fish Meal, Flour, Sugar, Coffee etc.The company has paid special attention on the quality control starting from the incoming raw material until the finished products to comply with the ISO 9001:2000 standard and to meet customers and end users' satifaction. The quality control process is in the following :Quality Control of the finished Products All the finished bags from the production process will be tested and passed the Q.C standard before deliver to customers. Quality Control of the Raw Material All the raw material use in the production must pass the specific standard of the Q.C inspection before processing into finished products. Quality control during the WIP This is started from the process of extruding tape yarn, weaving of fabric, printing, etc. The last process of testing is the "Drop Test" to ensure that there will be no breakage after the packing of productsThe workers at the factory have paid special attention to all the production process starting from using the high quality PP resin to extrude into tape yarn of high strength with constant width. Those inspected yarn will then be used in weaving into tubular fabric by qualified technicians and workers into various specific sizes as requested by customers.The finished tubular fabric will then be processed into different type of bags either non laminated or laminated woven bags as per customers' requirement ;Non-laminated woven bags, If bags require printing of design and logos on them then the tubular woven fabrics will be passed through the printing machines either by roll printing machines or piece printing machines.Laminated woven bags, These bags are produced by using the woven fabrics to be coated on the coating machine. The woven fabric can be coated with different type of materials i.e. paper,BOPP film and synthetic paper to form various type of laminated bags. After the coating process, the laminated material will then be printed in the roll form which the bags can also be treated into gusset form if requested by customers.
