We manufacture Fractional Horsepwer Single & Three Phase AC Induction motors in various frame sizes with various mounting & enclosure combinations. We manufacture B42, B48 & B56 frame motors as per NEMA statndars. These motors are manufactured using rolled steel seam welded powder coated body construction. These motors are used in various applications like, A / C blowers, chiller units, dessert coolers, wet & dry ginders, portable compressors, wood working machinary, belted fans, farm applications, etc. We also manufacture 100 frame motor in similar construction but in dimensions as per IEC standars. We manufacture frame 80 to 132 motors in cast iron body construction as per IEC standards. We also manufacture Explosion Proof motor in seamless body construction for outputs upto 1HP, 4P suitable for single & three phase supplies. These motors are suitable for fuel dispensing pump units, various applications in hazardous areas like chemical plants, fertilizer plants, petro-chemical industries, refineries & are certified for gas group I, IIA & IIB. This product range has ATEX-CE approval for explosion proof construction. We have inhouse manufacturing set up for all these frames like rotor diecasting, shaft insertion, dynamic balancing, endcover machining, automatic winding lines, computerised surger tester for wound stators, impregnation & baking, single piece flow assembly-testing-packing lines. All our internal processes are monitored for six sigma quality levels for identified CTQs. Also all major raw materials are monitored for Cpk levels for indentified CTQs. We have adopted six sigma methodology for all our operational acivities for contionous improvements & achiving total customer satisfaction.
