Casa Chicos (H.K.) Ltd. was established in 1996 by our parent company Casa Chicos Ltd. operating in the United Kingdom. With more than thirteen years of experience in the manufacture and export of baby bibs and garment, we are always your choice of quality products and services. Our factory in Dongguan of China is specialized in the manufacture of baby bibs, bodysuits, sleep suits, pajamas, layettes, bedding and other baby accessories like hats, boots and hooded towels. Our factory covers an area of about 50,000 square feet, with more than 200 skillful workers working for a monthly capacity of 500,000 pieces of bibs and 50,000 pieces of garment. Due to the increasing safety standards demanded by the industry, our factory has been established specifically to fulfill these requirements. We operate a functional needle policy with strict damaged needle control. We have tunnel metal detectors for checking all finished goods, ensuring goods are free from metal contamination. Besides, all fabrics are subjected to lab testing while bindings are batch tested for colour fastness. To keep our design innovative and trendy, we have a design source based in the UK which generates all our original artwork. Customer satisfaction is always our key concern.
