RD Tuna Canners Limited (RDTC) -Papua New Guinea (PNG) RD Tuna Canners Limited commenced commercial operations in 1997 in Madang, Papua New Guinea. Structured as a fully integrated operation with 20 year agreement with the Independent State of Papua New Guinea and Madang Provincial government, RD Tuna Canners Limited was granted Pioneer status and incorporated together with its sister company RD Fishing PNG Limited which was granted licenses to fish the archipelagic waters of Papua New Guinea. RD Fishing PNG Limited operates its own independent fleet of 12 purse seiner vessels ranging from 600-1200 metric tons capacity mainly along the northern coast of Papua New Guinea. In partnership with its 3, 500 employees is dedicated team of competent highly qualified professionals, unified to produce and deliver the best quality and freshest tuna product for the satisfaction of its customers worldwide.
