Changchun Zhongyi Wood Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise in manufacturing 3-layer solid wood composite floor. Our registered capital is 1 million Yuan. We are located in Changchun Economic Development Zone, the entrance of Changchun---Jilin Highway. Among our coverage of 60,000 square meters, building area is 14,000 square meters. There are more than 220 aero engineers in our company, including 35 technical personnel who have received high professional education. In 1994, Zhongyi has introduced Italian Acosta Corporation's compound floor productive lines and Germany lumber drying equipments. Zhongyi wins a good reputation by naturalness, art, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and easy installation. All these made the floor in good demand in the domestic and overseas markets. Our peak annual output is 500,000 square meters. In the attitude of being responsible for our customers, Zhongyi has always been paying highly attention to the quality of product and safety performance. The main raw material of floor production---urea aldehyde is provided by Dynea Company in Finland, and our environmental index achieved European E1 standard, which conforms to the request of EU for the goods exempting from inspection. Above 95% of our products have been exported to Europe and America, and maintain a negative goodwill among customers. Through ten years of efforts, Zhongyi has already formed a relatively stable, reasonable, and high-efficient operation system. The management awareness and technical level have improved a lot. Problems that affect the production efficiency have been solved. At the end of 1997, after we got ISO9002 certificate, we strengthened the overall management and further enhanced the capacity of entering the international market for competition. In order to meet the need of expanding production scale, Zhongyi is to be moved to the new site this year. Meanwhile, it will make technological transformation to the existing equipment in order to further improve overall equipment level and process capacity. At that time, the annual output will reach 1,000,000 square meters. It lays the solid foundation for Zhongyi to strengthen the competitive power and develop the international market.
