Chengdu Xin-Zhi Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. We are a limited liability company, specializing in manufacturing glass and ceramic dies for liquor containers and ware. Sunshine is a well-known brand of dies built by Xin-Zhi through efforts of more than 10 years. Sunshine die products have been sold to Sichuan province, Chongqing Municipality and other places of China, and are preferred by numerous famous manufacturers of liquors. Presently, our company has more than 310 employees, including 16 senior and intermediate engineers, 50 professionals for design and quality inspection, more than 80 senior and intermediate locksmiths with special workmanship of "carving dragon & phoenix", 80 CNC operators and 22 professional managers. With regard to equipment, our company has 8 production-manufacturing centers, 12 CNC lathes, 10 sets of advanced equipment including duplex head milling machines, electrical spark punchers, line cutters, CNC engraving milling machines and more than 30 computers for die design and enterprise management. In addition, our company has 2 sets of intermediate frequency furnaces for casting, and has developed heat-resistant alloy specifically for glass dies, ensuring die material with features of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, fine surface roughness, minimal distortion, and stable performance. Moreover, our company has established Formula Research Room and Material Assay Laboratory, and carried out scientific monitoring over die material and production-machining process. As a result, our company has realized the system of computerized design, digitalized machining, scaled production, and modernized management for "Sunshine" dies on the whole. At the beginning of 2003, our company passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification, and became one of enterprises in the same industry which took the lead in passing the certification of the Quality Management System. Our company was elected as a standing member of China Daily-Use Glass Packaging Association in 2002, and appraised as one of "Top-500 Privately-owned Enterprises" in Chengdu (as the 30th of privately-owned industrial enterprises) in 1999. Besides, our company has been appraised as one of "4-Star Level Advanced Tax-paying Credit Units" by the Bureau of State Taxation of the District in 4 successive years, and as one of "Chengdu City-level Civilized Units" in 8 successive years.
