Chongqing Yuanping Air-Filter Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995, which is a solely-invested enterprise majoring in researching, producing and operating air-filter, Canister, rubber component, oil pipeline, and brake hose for automobile and motorcycle. Our company covers a total area of 2500 square meters and a construction area of 35000 square meters, located at Chongqing Airport Industrial Park which owns convenient transportation and a superior geographical position essential for an enterprise's production and operation. Currently, our company owns 600 employees with about 30 technicians and moderate-class engineers and 10 senior engineers. Our firm has solid independent research ability and has close and extensive cooperation with Beijing University, Tsinghua University, Tianjing Internal-Combustion Engine Research Institution, and Sichuan University. Some specialists from these institutions are technical advisers in our company. Our company owns around 400 modern production devices including automatic rubber refining & dosing system, rubber Sulfuration & pressure casting machine, plastic injection molding machine, automatic rubber hose extrusion line, and automatic rubber trimmer. The strict production management, high efficiency and high energy output will suit clients' demand well. Our company has specially founded a testing centre with advanced and a complete range of testing devices to ensure the quality of products, including about 50 testing machines for raw material, semi-finished products and final products. To improve the management, our company has got ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certifications.
