Cixi Tianxi Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd. started to develop fishing lures in the beginning of 2004, with an engineering team which has worked in this industry for about 10 years. We specialize in making varieties of soft lures, hard plastic baits, shrimps, jig-heads, spoons, spinners, metal lures and other related products. After many years' efforts, we have developed about 200 items of soft plastic lures, many items of hard lures, and 150 colors of different products for customers' choice. We develop all the molds and test swim action in our own factory. We continually develop competitive & new products for customers in order to win more market. Moreover, we enjoy developing new products on the basis of customer's idea. Furthermore, with a strong developing team, we only need one week to develop new soft lures, three weeks faster than industry standard. Besides, we have a perfect quality control system; all products are checked rigorously step by step, from the beginning of material purchase, molding, production, swim action test to packing. Our company has advanced facilities & experienced workers. A part of facilities are introduced from Japan, Taiwan area, and Hong Kong; and our materials are imported from the US, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries. We have 30 sets of soft plastic injection machines and 3 sets of painting lines. There are a 2,000 square meter workshop with more than 150 experienced workers in our company. Our maximum production capacity is about 40,000 pieces of soft lures and 10,000 pieces of hard plastic items everyday.
