The Di Palma family business dates back to 1954, when Giandomenico Di Palma established an olive oil mill. Between the 50s and the 60s a food commercial enterprise was started. Then, in 1992, the mill was moved to a site covering 3, 500 square metres in the industrial area of Conversano. In 2001 the Di Palma Family established the DI PALMA FOOD company to export their products and started bottling their extra vergin olive oil. The Di Palma products are now becoming established both in the home and international markets.
