Dalian Jiaping Casting Co.,Ltd is a modern foundry, which has established more than 20 years. It has independent right of import and export. Currently, we mainly operate Ductile Iron and High-strength Gray Iron. It covers an area of 120,000 square metres, and has more than 200 employees. The leading products, Marine Valves and Pipe Fittings meet all the relevant national standards. It can also cast and process different auto parts and other types of mechanical fittings which will tally with the national standards. The products are exported to the USA, some European countries, Canada, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Our annual designed output is 50,000 tons, with more than 100 various types of equipment, including ZZ416 Vertical production line and molding machines, Water cooling Medium frequency induction furnace for casting, XXX machining center and CNC machine tools for machinery production and high efficiency gas furnace for heat treatment. For detecting, we have sand detections, physical and mechanical properties testing, professional metallographic analysis, chemical analysis, infrared detection and ultrasonic detection capabilities. All of these will meet a wide range of product manufacturing with high skills in different areas. In 2003, our company attained ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Certification. We have strong management and a technical team. As to the Casting technology, we closely follow the advanced study of Tsinghua University and other institutions with an ongoing technological innovation and equipment transformation. Some of our management staff has passed the training of foundry technology and management in Tsinghua University.
