Kunda Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in 1969 and our predecessors are Dalian Iron-Smeltery and Joint-Venture Cast Iron Pipe Company. In 1999, state-holding enterprise -Kunda Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of People's Government of Dalian. Our company is the first one who introduced water-cooled metal mould centrifugal ductile cast pipe production line from Germany in China. Our company is also the earliest one that produced mechanical flexible joint centrifugal ductile cast iron pipes. Our company offers high-quality pipes and services for running water and gas branches. The main specifications are from DN80mm to DN1000mm. Our production capacity is 100,000 tons per year. Our corporation has introduced advanced physical and chemical testing equipment from Germany and totally meets the needs of examination and test of product standard with complete and advanced methods of examination. Our products conform to ISO2531, BSEN545, ISO4179, ISO8179 and GB13295 standards and have attained ISO9001:2000, SGS and BV certifications. Our products sell well in Gas and Water projects in China, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe, and have received customers' extensive welcome and favorable comments. We are cooperating in technology with Kurimoto Co. in Japan to supply higher quality products to our customers. Standard: Ductile iron pipes, ISO2531:1998/BSEN545, Socket and spigot ends with flexible push on joints, Class K8,K9,K12, internal lining of cement mortar in accordance with ISO4179:1985, and external coating of zinc in accordance with ISO8179:1995 with a finishing layer of bituminous coating. Effective length: 6 meters or 5.7meters for container loading.
