Dalian No.1 Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. (DYH for short) was established in 2004 by DaLian No.1 Instrument Transformer Works. Currently, with the brand of "DYH", our company has become an enterprise group which include Xiamen DYH Technology Co., Ltd. (former Xiamen DYH Electrical Co., Ltd.), Shanghai DYH Electric Co., Ltd., Dalian Jinye Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., Dalian Vacuum Switch Factory, and other enterprises. Our head office is located in Pulandian, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. Our company is one of the first professional manufacturers affirmed by Mechanic Industry Administration and Electric Power Administration. Moreover, we are a key professional manufacturer with more than thirty years' experiences. Relying on high and new technology, our company has become one of the largest 500 enterprises of Electric Mechanic and Machinery Manufacturing in China. We mainly produce instrument transformers with a large output and the most complete varieties and specifications of 10KV~35KV in China. Our main products include 0.5~500KV current and voltage transformers, 6~35KV vacuum breakers, 35kv and under 35KV fully insulated busbars, 110KV and under 110KV dry type wall bushing and other electrical equipment. In addition, our capability of independently making and matching products is up to 100%. The annual output of 6~35KV epoxy resin cast CT and PT is more than 250,000 sets which shares 20~25% of Chinese market. Our company is the first choice for key projects and domestic large switch companies. With advanced technology and unique construction, the 35KV and under 35KV fully insulated busbars, and 110KV and under 110KV dry type wall bushing are manufactured according to advanced technology. LZZBJ9-10 series of current transformers developed and designed by us independently are listed as national new products and have gained the title of "first administration high-class products" of 10KV in China. Moreover, their technical performances are up to international advanced level. Our company has 2 sets of advanced epoxy resin vacuum casting product lines and 5 sets of press gelation equipment, oil-immersed and SF6 gas insulated high voltage product lines, epoxy immersed paper insulated busbar product lines and silicone rubber composite material dry type wall bushing product lines. Moreover, our company has established medium and high voltage (instrument transformer, and fully insulated busbar) insulation test labs, epoxy resin material and molding part physics and chemistry test labs, and oil and gas insulation test labs, which equipped with advanced domestic and foreign equipment and meters. The high voltage test lab is equipped with 1100KV power frequency test transformers and 3000KV impulse voltage generators, which has the ability of processing all type of tests except rated dynamic and thermal current for 500KV and under 500KV instrument transformers. The physics and chemistry test lab, and oil and gas insulation test lab have the ability to do the test about corresponding materials and technology research. For many years, our company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system about product development, manufacture and sale. Furthermore, we have passed the evaluations of ISO9001:2000, GB/T24001-2004, and GB/T28001-2001 management system certificates one by one.
