In year 1997, we set up State Of The Art Export Oriented Cotton Yarn Spinning Mill of 36000 Spindles which got enhanced to 61000 Spindles in Year 2007, located just 50 kilometers from Mumbai Seaport, equipped with most modern machineries from Rieter Switzerland, Trutzschler Germany, Toyota Japan, Electrojet Spain, Murata Japan, Yarn Contamination Controllers Vetal Scan on Blow Room and Siro Clearers Loepfe 900I on Winders, Luwa Humidification Switzerland, Xoralla Yarn Conditioning with Steam Setting Switzerland, Fully Equipped Zellweger Uster Cotton and Yarn Testing Laboratory Switzerland and Captive Power Plant from Wartsila Finland and Caterpillar USA. We produce 1000 tons per month of Cotton Yarn Ne 20 / 1 to Ne 40 / 1 Carded and Combed for Knitting and Weaving. All our yarns are Electronically Cleared, Autoconed, Autolevelled, Spliced, Siro Cleared, Contamination Controlled, Xorella Conditioned, Steam Setted and Dyeing Guaranteed. On forward integration, we set up in Year 2003 very sophisticated Knitwear mill in extension to our above Spinning Mill, equipped with 40 Knitting Machines from Vanguard USA and Mayer & Cie Germany for producing high quality Cotton Knitted Fabric. We have Soft Flow Dyeing Machines from Thies Germany, Scholl Switzerland, MCS Italy, Jemco USA, Finishing machines from Fab-Con and Santex, Fabric Inspection Machine from Calator, Automatic Color and Chemical Dispensing or Dye Kitchen from MCS Italy and Computerized Color Matching on Spectrophotometer. Stitching machines are from Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Rimoldi, Screen Printing machine from TAS Australia and Computerized Embroidery Machine from Tajima, Japan. We produce per month 300 tons of 100% Cotton Knitted Fabric in Single Jersey Body Size or Seamless Continuous Diameters starting from 14, 15, 16, 17 up to 36 Inch, Rib, Interlock and Pique in Honey Comb, Single and Double, All Greige and Dyed and 500, 000 pieces of T-shirts, Polo Shirts and Knitwear. Our mill is Oeko-Tex Certified and approved by leading international buyers. We also supply Fabric and T-Shirts with special finish like Bio Finishing or Enzyme Washing, Ultra Fresh Treatment and AEGIS Microbe Shield Anti Microbial Treatment. Our Cotton Yarn and Knitted Fabric are exported to countries like Poland, Hungary, U. K, Czech, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Egypt, Colombia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and U. S. A. Our T-shirt, Polo Shirt and Knitwear are exported to Germany, U. K, U. S. A, Poland, Hungary etc countries.
