Devia Craft Factory is a creative factory located in Zhejiang Province. We have 50 factory workers. Our standards and working conditions allow us to attract and keep the best quality workers with high output capacity. In addition to our own workers, we have partnerships with additional factories which we rely on as well as they rely on us. Our main products include reusable shopping bags, laptop bags, backpacks, camera pouches, cellphone cases and a variety of other textile products. We also have high capabilities within the field of Bamboo products. We enjoy working with customers to develop their requirements. We are also happy to share our creative ideas and experience to make perfect products for you. Customer service and quality is at the top of our priorities. You will also notice when working with us that clear and quality communication is also important. If we don't fully understand some of your requirements, we will never assume and proceed. You will often see our customers who visit us at trade shows very relaxed in our booth and relieved. They can discuss their detailed requirements without risk of misunderstanding. We even go one step further and get more involved in the design and production process. In the rare occurrence where our customers' specifications create an overlooked design or quality problem, we will remind our customers and make alternate suggestions instead of continuing production like many other factories. We frequently use our experience to offer additional ideas to make products better and save costs. We have a research team who will keep us updated as per market trends. For example, we maintain a database of the hottest selling cell phones and even the newest FCC approved models to insure we can quickly supply cases of the best models. In the event that a new phone comes out that fits an old case, we will inform our customers so they can begin selling it for that new model. While that reduces our sales because a new order by the customer is not needed, it creates a lasting relationship.
