Since 1983 manufacturing top quality sneakers and accessories for professional skateboraders. Mad Rats was created as an alternative for Brazilian skaters who couldn't afford the expensive foreign brands. Shortly after its lauching the sneakers gained the title of 'Indestrutivel' (portuguese for Indestructible). Its quality has been cheered up by household names such as Bob Burnquist, Sandro Dias, Christian Hosoi and Karen Jones. Morever, during the 90's Mad Rats has became a fashion item for the cool kids. In addition to that,recently the brand has been praised by fashionistas everywhery since Agyness Deyn's preference for the brand hyped it worldwidely.
