Donggang Civil-Administration Smelting & Investment Foundry is an enterprise of collective ownership which was established in 1985. Through the development of over 20 years our factory has been appointed by the domestic and overseas customers as an OEM for casting production of valves, pumps, vehicles, mining & agricultural machines and machine tools. We also provide machining and surface treatment process. In order to meet the needs of the market, a new foundry was put into production in October of 2007. It is located in the hub from Dandong to Dalian along the No. 201 National Highway. We are a modernized foundry based on automatic production lines and scientific management. The new foundry covers an area of 20000sqm with fixed assets of 15 million CNY and 160 employees, including 8 professional engineers and 25 QA and QC members. Our annual turnover was 30 million CNY in 2007, 18 million CNY in 2006 and 13 million CNY in 2005. Our designed annual production is 7500 tons. We are a diversified enterprise with ISO9001 certification and engaged in the manufacture, distribution and export of a variety of products. Our current output is around 6500 tons per year. Our factory provides an array of materials, utilizing various manufacturing processes. We are continues to expand products, processes, materials and overall capabilities.
