Dong Cheng Stone Products Company Limited was founded in 1990. It is one of the major investments of Free True Group in Guangdong. Other subsidiaries include Yi Cheng Stone Products Co., Ltd. and Dong Cheng Marble Quarry Co., Ltd. Which engage in the processing of slabs; various stone columns; sculptures; mouldings; engraving tiles and block. The plant is located in the Free True Industrial Estate of road 107 in Xi Tou, Houjie, Dongguan. The total plant area is about 200,000sqm while the factories have occupied 30,000sqm .We have over 1,000 staff, whereas the education tertiary. It is one of the most sizable, professional and well-established stone suppliers in China. Dong Cheng stone Products Co., Ltd. has installed thirty sets of marble and granite gang-saws from Italy. It is definitely the unique plant with most gang-saws in China, Well-Equipped with automated and polish-processing production machines for the production of different specification of slabs. The annual production of our gang-saw factories are 1,200,000sqm. of slabs. We maintain our monthly stock level of slabs and blocks are about 200,000sqm and 13,000cbm respectively. The plant for the production of columns and mouldings is installed with more than forty Computerized Numerical Control machines from Italy and Germany to suit our customers needs. The Digital CNC Centre is used to produce intricated patterns and sophisticated designs while the CNC Lathe can be used for the processing of capitals, plinth, sphere and twisted columns. Curved marble plates, the coated, conical and oval-shaped columns can be done by the CNC Wire Saw; different shapes of mouldings are produced by the Coping Machinery. Crude blocks and slabs are mainly imported from Italy, Spain, Greece, India, Middle East, Brazil and America .We have privileged to obtain the best quality in these areas. Our sourcing team in HongKong, India and Italy are designated to examine, inspect and purchase the blocks and slabs to fulfil customers varied requirements. We have investment in the exploration of some of the quarries overseas and we also have our own quarries in Shanxi and Fujian.The finished products are exported to America, Canada, Australia, The Middle East, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Japan, Korea, and other countries and our business is fast expanding in Overseas.
