Karlung is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of hardware including die casting parts, die stamped parts, laser cut parts, extruding parts, bending parts, welding parts, machining parts, and precious parts. The materials we can process are steel, wire, stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, acrylic, timber, MDF, and copper. We can do complete finish processing in-house such as galvanizing, anodizing, sand blasting, polishing, brushing, oil painting, pad printing, silkscreen printing, powder coating, and pattern graving. Karlung has a mould room. Our engineers are good at making stamping moulds, die casting moulds, sand casting moulds, and forming moulds from drawings or samples. Our products are widely applied in displays, racks, machine parts, furniture fittings, construction hardware, POP displays, and multiple components. We make quite a lot of acrylic+timber+metal assemble displays. Karlung is trying to provide best one-station-solution for customers.
