We are on international wood market since 1990 and from the very beginning we specialize in plywood. Years of direct cooperation with the leading manufacturing concerns from the Eastern Europe enable us to sustain the highest quality of our products. Years of specialization and careful choice of suppliers allow us to offer the highest quality plywood. In Poland we poses four warehouses in Gdansk, Wloclawek, Warszawa and Katowice. Stock volumes are constantly updated in order to us secure constant deliveries for our regular clients and give an opportunity to offer some plywood to new customers. All our birch plywood is sanded on both sides and composed of 1, 4 mm thick veneers by cross bonding. Face veneers can be both long grain and cross grain. Advantage of long grain, if it is laid with long age parallel to the span (perpendicular to supports) , is so called "strong orientation" sheet of plywood has more plies with the grain running perpendicular to supports. In addition, these plies are located in larger distance from the neutral axis. Exterior Birch plywood is bonded with phenol resin adhesive resistance to weather and boiling water. It has a wide range of application for interior and exterior use: building and construction, transport, packing, furniture, sport outfit toys and others. Laminated Plywood is manufactured by overlaying Exterior Plywood with a phenol film on both sides. The edges of plywood are sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) to prevent it from water penetration. Surface of that plywood is weather and water proof and resist to commonly used chemicals. The standard colour of phenol film is brown but there are also other colours available on clients request. Anti-slipping Plywood is manufactured by overlaying Exterior Plywood with a phenol film on both sides. The wear side has a rough wire mesh pattern the reverse side is smooth (standard) . The edges of plywood are sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) to prevent it from water penetration. The wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and anti-slip properties. The standard colour of phenol film is brown but there are also other colours available on clients request. To plywood production our producent uses high quality birch, which s strong and ecological material. Plywood is composed of birch veneers by cross-bondin and this construction makes a strong, homogenous plywood, essential for high quality performacne. Number of plies depends on plywood thickness, and is running perpendicular. Birch veneer is glued with urea-formaldehyde adhesive resin KF-FE, formaldehyde emission meets requirements of the E1 class.
