We have a total production capacity of 12 million parts per 8 hour shift. Our maximum length capacity is 150 mm. Since 2004 we have been compliant to the latest WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment WEEE directive) and RoHS Hazardous Substance guidelines.DIY Variety Packs: We also specialize in pre-packed screws and screw accessories. We package our products in self-sealing (Ziploc) bags, PE Plastic shells, blister packs, plastic bag and header format, or just plain cartons to name a few. We customize labels for our clients and can include barcode. All packaging materials have the option for RoHS / Environmentally friendly packaging.Private Label / Subcontracting: We produce under private label (your label and packaging).
