Established in 2001, FlyingLuLu (Toys & Giftware) Factory specializes in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM). We are committed to serving our customers in developing and manufacturing quality Dolls and Toys. Our product ranges Plastic Hard Toys, Rotation Toys, Electronic Toys, Designer Toys, Plush Toys, Action Figures, Toy Cars and Giftware. Our self-owned factory, which is located in Shanxia Zone, Hengli Town, Dongguan County, Guangdong, satisfies customer's needs from product design and prototyping to mold finishing and finished product assembly. Our factory occupies 4,000 square meters, with over 230 skilled workers. Our customers come from the USA, Europe, Japan, Africa, South Asia, East Asia, Taiwan area and Hong Kong. We keep strengthening our capability and competitiveness. Since 2008, we have started to establish our own brand - FlyingLuLu, and we still mainly engage in the development and production of OEM and ODM products. We will continue to keep our customers satisfied and attract more new customers. To better serve our customers, our production departments include: 1. R&D Department for hard toys and rotation toys: Our R&D teams are equipped with a huge diversity of skills and experience; 3 creative designers are responsible for product design, and they are also professional sculptors on figures and characters molding. 2. R&D Department for Plush toys and Soft toys: 2 professional designers are making patterns and samples according to drawings or samples provided by customers. 3. Engineering Department: 4 project engineers and 2 molding engineers provide remarkable engineering services in engineering design, prototyping, tool making, and product validation. 4. Quality Control Department: 8 well-trained inspectors implement comprehensive testing, inspection and process control at different stages of production. 5. Tooling Department: We have an in-house mold shop that has state-of-the-art-computerized mold making equipment, such as CNC milling machine, EDM, Grinding machine, Grilling machine, Lathe machine and Sawing machine. 12 experienced molders design molds that are efficient for subsequent mass production. 6. Injection Molding Department: Totally 10 of injection molding machines ranging from 6 oz to 16 oz. 7. Roto Coasting Department: Well-maintenance roto machines include 6 roto machines and 2 oil stoves. 8. Spraying and Painting Department: 60 skilled labors are divided into 5 spraying lines. 9. Patch Department: 20 experienced workers make sure the products on assembly lines are perfect in painting. 10. Pad Printing Department: We have modern pad printing equipment, such as one six-color machine, six four-color machines, and three two-color machines. 11. Sewing Department: There are 30 sewing machines, 2 cutting machines, 1 stuffing machine, 1 cotton beating machine, and 1 X-ray scanner. 12. Assembling Department: 60 experienced labors are designed into 3 efficient assembly lines. Jigs and fixtures are developed in-house to support assembly operations; 13. PMC: 2 employees are responsible for materials merchandising, ensuring production materials in house on schedule; 14. PPC: 2 employees set up a full range of major processes needed to manufacture products and ensure on time delivery.
