Foshan Nanhai Yosi Extrusion Dies Company Ltd. was set up in 1995 and the area of our company is 13500 square meters. There are 130 employees working in our company. Our annual output is about twenty thousand sets of dies. Our main products are extrusion dies for producing aluminum profiles. We take a lead in this area because of our rich experience. We have two designers. One is Chinese designer and the other one is British designer. Both of them do good designs for our customers. We also have an engineer who is from Japan and our production processing was charged by him. We have advanced machines for making dies, 12 sets of CNC machines and 8 wire cutting machines which were introduced from Taiwan Area. We also have vacuum heat treatment ovens in our factory. This can guarantee the quality of our dies. Meanwhile, we have set up a good relationship with Japanese Dietec Company. We visit each other and have technical exchange on regular time in every year. 60% of our dies are supplied to the local market. 40% of our products are exported to the Middle East, Russia, Pakistan and Egypt. In order to expand our business for the export market, we have used the latest technology in this industry and always do our best to improve ourselves. We invite some experts who are from the UK to our company and give us suggestions for our design and processing. In order to maintain the leadership and the commitment towards quality, Yosi has attained ISO9001:2000 certification. We were also authorized as a trustworthy corporation by our government in 2008. Our principle is "improving the quality continuously and good reputation wins customers". We always strictly follow it, because we know that the quality is the life of our company. We set up another company named Pratic, which produces CNC machines for dies and profiles in 2007. Yosi and Pratic belonged to the same owner. It has 50 employees and supplies machines to local market, Asia and Africa. Pratic is a company specializing in producing CNC machines. It is focused on researching and manufacturing CNC machines, integrating the sale and service. In the design, research and manufacturing field, our company wants to guarantee steady quality, so we introduce core technology and advanced checking system from Japan and Germany.
