With complete manufacturing and testing equipment, our experienced engineers and technicians carry out strict inspections on every process during manufacturing, minimizing the defect rates. ERP system provides traceability of each process. 2. Quality with Environment in Mind. Conforming to the international standards, we make quality lamps with long-life, eco-friendly materials. All lamp holders are made of PBT fire-retardant materials and no liquid mercury is used. Our lamps have been certified by CE, GS, EMC,PSE and ROHS compliant for smooth market access. 3. Key Parts Made in House Our lamp tubes, ballasts and electronic components are made in our two factories which are now incorporated for better quality control and management in our ISO9001:2000 certified manufacturing base. So we can ensure that every part of the lamp will perform well with each other to make a safe and reliable lamp with consistent quality. Meanwhile, this will bring down the costs effectively. 4. Innovative R&D team Our R&D team is always pursuing the global trend of green light sources, and focusing on developing new techniques to achieve a better performance, higher illuminance and longer life for the lamps. Now we have 4 technical patents, 17 utility models and 5 design patents of our own intellectual property rights.
