Covering an area of about 73923 square meters with registered capital of RMB 10 million(about USD1.5million) and the total capital of RMB 110 million(about USD16.2million), our company has more than 10 sets of international advanced equipment (such as Molten Aluminum Spectrometers, American Haas Processing Machines and Sweden Hexagon CMM), and more than 100 hundred sets of domestic advanced finishing machines including numerical control processing equipment, special processing machines and 40 sets of die-casting machines from 160ton to 1800ton, which produce more than 20,000 ton of aluminum die-casting products every year, among which, ADC series include 15,000 tons, and ZLD series include 5,000 tons. As for ensuring the best quality of our products, our company has built a series of facilities including standard steel plant, stock dump warehouses office building, as well as die-casting test and control center with domestic first-grade testing equipment. We have set up a complete quality management system and attained ISO9001Quality Management System Certification. At present, our company staffs more than 300 personnel including 30 professional technicians with Medium or Senior title and 100 skilled workers.
