Gencer Aluminium has been established in 1988. Gencer is one of the fully integrated aluminium companies of Turkey. Monthly production capacity is approximately 1000 ton / month. Besides being one of the most experienced extrusion companies of Turkey, Gencer attracted attention of its customers through the variety of profiles and its patented profile systems. The firm owes its prestigious standing in domestic market mainly to its own patented isolated series. Door and window systems with isolated and non-isolated profiles and their accessories, curtain walling systems and components, shutter profiles, flyswatter profiles, standard profiles and many others with different wall thickness gauges can be ordered from Gencers Catalog of current profiles. More than 2500 dies ensure wide range of profile selection opportunity to its customers. Today Gencer has a loyal customer portfolio which stems from its flexibility on fulfilling special customer requirements. Gencer has its own die production and technical drawing departments. Special profiles can be produced upon customers technical drawings in less than three weeks. The diversity and quality of surface treatment facilities are other important aspects differentiating Gencer from its rivals. All kinds of mill finish, powder coated, anodized and wooden pattern aluminium profiles can be produced at Gencer upon customer s sample at requested specifications. In year 2005, Gencer initiated a complete revision of its production line. Including a new press conveyor, die oven and an anodizing cooling system. Further revisions are still in the process. The ISO 9001: 2000 certificate proves that Gencers Quality Management System has been certified against a best practice standard and found compliant.
