The company has been in existence since 1996 started producing desserts that are shelf stable, we were the first to develop a diabetic dietetic dessert ready to eat product. We believe our desserts jelly has huge potential for very poor countries where nutrition and added vitamins are critical to the younger population and its high energy raw material in sugar. Our product can be purchased with these added nutrients and vitamins in accordance with the customers needs. Shelf life of 18 months can be achieved. Besides being producers of shelf stable desserts we do canned catering tomato based products, whole peeled tomato, tomato and onion mix, tomato and mushroom mix, plain chopped tomato and special tomato pizza ready blend we also do canned & bottled 3kg pickled cucumber both whole and sliced, besides beetroot in whole, slice and grated. In accordance with our customers specification we can add or decrease spicing and sugar levels. Also preparation of specialized airline and hospital meals. Prepared baby food, Soups and geriatric foods. The business has one of the few cell burst machines in the world capable of producing pure baby foods, soups and geriatric foods with all the natural nutrients being retained due to the process. In order to cater for all markets both plants have been certified as both kosher and Halaal We are a diverse business that can offer a diverse range of products in including anchovy paste, tomato pastes, garlic pastes, piccalilli.
