Guangdong Kelon Mould Co., Ltd. (KMC) is a modernized mould manufacturing center. Our company was established and brought into production with the investment of 120 million (RMB) in 1995. Our company, staffed with over 400 skilled professional workers and over 80 excellent engineers, is located in the nation-wide area for researching, developing designing and manufacturing all kinds of precise moulds, including dies, plastic injections, vacuum forming moulds and foaming moulds. Our company covers an area of about 14 thousand square meters. More than 2500 sets of all kinds of moulds are designed and manufactured by us per year. To serve customers best, KMC insists on the 3H (i.e. high-start-point, high-tech.-level and high-quality-service) principles all the time. A mould engineering system, which is an integration of CAD/CAM based upon a database, has been set up so that the latest technology around the world can be used in time. And with the continuing development of computer software, KMC is developing a computerized & Integrated Manufacturing system (CIMS). To satisfy the need of high-precision-machining technology, KMC has introduced a series of advanced equipment made by the worldwide famous regions such as Japan, the USA, and Europe. These equipment include sixteen medium and small sized CNC machines, two large scale machining centers, seventeen CNC EDM, ten Wire-cut EDM machines (speedy and slow), one CNC super-precision coordinate grinder and one CNC optical curve grinder. At the same time, there are special Metal and Plastic factories of tryout moulds. In 1995, KMC was awarded the title of "Advanced equipment Enterprise in Asia" (Product and Mould Development Technology) by Hong Kong Production Promotion Bureau in 1995. To manufacture high-quality moulds, KMC also introduced many supper-precision inspecting tools & instruments from abroad such as 3D Laser Scanners from England MITUTOYO, 3-Dimension measuring Instruments and Optical Projectors from Japan, and Rapid Laser Shapers from the USA. Therefore, we develop/design/manufacture moulds according to samples given by customers within the shortest time. In addition, the center has been equipped with some Auto-Mould-Test facilities to do the last inspection before moulds are sent out. Since foundation, KMC has made great progress by means of staff training and perfected the basic management step. By now, KMC has the ability to process moulds for almost all kinds of products such as household appliances, kitchenware, office gifts and automobiles. We can not only succeed in satisfying the need of Kelon Group's high-quality products but also serve other customers with high quality moulds in short time. KMC is stepping into a professional, marking, high-level, international corporation gradually. We have cooperated with many clients from Asia, Europe, America and the Middle East for all kinds of moulds. We have cooperated with GE, MSI, Rubbermaid, Tupperware, Whirlpool, Darkin, Hitach, Toyota, Nissan, TOTO, Franke, Arcelik, Electrolux, Universal, Polytron, Dorf Clark, Emersun, Dawlance, Elecotrstar, Fresh, OPD, and Al-Shakia. Our domestic clients are as following: Haisen, Skyworth, and Media. In the past several years, KMC has pushed MRPII, CIMS, ERP all around and attained ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO10012, and RoHS certifications.
