Guangzhou Shipyard Heavy Machinery Company Limited is the sub-company of Guangzhou Shipyard International Company Limited, founded in 2009. Guangzhou Shipyard International Company Limited reformed from Guangzhou Shipyard was founded on June 7, 1993, and was listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange in the same year.
