We are north to Beijing - Tianjin and Beijing-Shanghai Railways, east to Huang-Hua Highway, and 40 kilometers away from Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, with convenient transportation and fast communication. Our company is a large-scale professional manufacturing enterprise of high, medium and low-pressure steel pipe, employs 248 people, including 42 high and middle grade professional and technical personnel. Our company has a 300-2500T hydraulic machine, 10 sets of medium-frequency induction machines, 5 sets of push systems, 2 sets large-scale medium-frequency induction bending machines, 5 sets heating furnaces, 2 sets processing furnaces, 4 sets OD. 1250-1600mm vertical lathes, 2 sets of three specialized production equipment, and other production equipment totally more than 50 pieces (sets). With high and low pressure pipe fittings in the two detection systems, there are X-ray flaw detection, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, metallographic analysis, chemical analysis, material strength testing, hardness testing, pressure testing, spectral analysis, and other testing items and complete metering systems. Our company has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, special equipment manufacturing license, Trademark Registration, enterprise quality inspection agency certificate, and the China Classification Society Certificate. Our company has perfect quality management system according to a variety of standards at home and abroad to produce high, medium and low voltage of various specifications of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel elbow, flange, three/four-way fitting, different-diameter pipe, sealing head, pipe cap, big bend, bearing tube, and piping component. Our company has annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of low-pressure pipe fittings.
