We use the most advanced production equipment and the latest technological process. Now there are kinds of arc furnaces with the extra high power such as 5-ton arc furnaces, 20-ton arc furnaces, and 80-ton arc furnaces. We also have a 120-ton refining furnace. Its capacity is within 0.5-300 ton for piece work, with an output capacity of 100 thousand tons per year. We mainly produce and supply all kinds of high quality carbon steels and alloy steels for the mining, shipping, building, forging, metallurgy, bridging, and irrigation industries. We have rich techniques and complete testing instruments. There are spectrographs, 60-ton tension breaking test machines, ultrasonic gauges, and Leeb hardness testers. There are 10 senior engineers, 20 moderate engineers, and 155 technicians. The company has the ability to research, develop, design and produce goods. In 2004, the company smoothly passed the evaluation of ISO9001 quality system, which helped the products to enter into international market.
