Hubei Chusheng Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (Chusheng) is a national key special purpose vehicle manufacturer with independent research and development capability. We are located in the south suburb industrial park of Suizhou, which is the hometown of bell sets. As a city famous for Chinese special purpose vehicles, Suizhou is always the biggest refit base of special purpose vehicles. With beautiful scenery, Chusheng totally covers about 100,000 square meters, including a building area of 32,000 square meters. We have automated production workshops, such as connected steel frame tank workshops, semi-trailer workshops and self-dumping truck workshops. We also have science and technology office blocks and business office blocks. We enjoy convenient access. It is 195km east away from Wuhan and 298km west away from Shiyan. There are Hanshi Freeway at our south and No. 316 National Way and Suiyue Freeway at our north, which run through Suizhou. At present, Chusheng has more than 328 staff members, including 78 engineering technicians. We are also in possession of 300 advanced production equipment especially for special purpose vehicles, such as plasma cutting machines, plasma spin machines, large CNC coiling machines and automatic welding machines. Our main products are condensate soil mixers, road tankers, chemical liquid tankers, powder materials transporters, lorry-mounted transporters, overhead working trucks, various semi-trailers, whole trailers, garbage trucks, tank cars and other series vehicles. Our annual production capability can reach 10,000 sets. Chusheng is dedicated to the study and application of security technology, environmental technology, high efficiency, energy conservation and automation. We emphasize on beauty, economy and function. Our total output value in 2006 reached 120,000, 000 RMB, with sales income of 116,000,000 RMB. We have paid taxes of millions RMB and are also appraised as credit taxpayer by provincial revenue and inland revenue department. In 2007, we invested more than 300 million RMB to set up a paint workshop of 3,300 square meters and a distribution room. Our company has sold 3,200 vehicles and our output value achieved 150 million Yuan in 2007.
