Kaidi Plastic Company was established in 1998, and focuses the business on electric plastics, with 33 injection machines (Max. 1000t), facilities of 160,000 kilometers, and the investment of 20 million RMB. We have attained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. In 2002, our tooling design and manufacturing center started operating with the original investment of 10 million RMB. And now, our company can provide tailored tools of more than 300 sets per year by our FANUC CNC and Cutting Machines. We can also offer service of product and mold design, product surveying, and mold flow analysis. We are accomplished in large-size mould, precise mould, over mould, insert mould, BMC, and all kinds of hot runner mould. We have profound experience in the engineering of HUSKY, DME, INCOE, EWIKON, SYNVENTIVE, MOLD-MASTER, FASTHEAT, YUDO and other famous hot runner molds. In 2003, we set up 2 cleaning workshops with 10k classes for Spray Painting. There are 5 lines with Automatic and half-automatic Spray painting for kinds of Plastic parts and some mental parts. In 2006, another business of precise spring was in operation, with advanced spring machine tools and test equipment. We can design and manufacture types of precise springs. We have experienced engineers and CNC programming experts (foreign and local experts) and are equipped with computers for operating 3D designing system. We can apply types of designing software such as UG, PRO-E, SOLIDWORKS, CARTIA, and AUTOCAD to product design and mold design. Our engineering and designing team can serve our customers to achieve shorter-cycle development and reduce product cost by optimizing design strategy. At present, more than 300 dedicated and experienced employees are employed to serve our company, among whom, 55 staff members are professionals in technology, management and quality. Our customers' mold will be designed and built by true craftsmen using CAD/CAM software and CNC and EDM equipment.
