Garment Prototype Development: Garment prototype made from scratch based on customer's requirements and without original sample on hand. Purpose: design evaluation and market testing. Made in Iris Germanica sampling room. No outsourcing in order to guarantee quality, time efficiency & to control costs. Sampling: Counter sampling based on original sample provided by customer. Carried out by partner factories prior to mass production. Purpose: evaluation craft quality. Sourcing: Sourcing of fabrics, trimmings and manufacturing facilities for mass production of customer's styles. Sourcing of finished goods as per customer's requirements. Carried out by Iris Germanica Sourcing Team. No outsourcing in order to guarantee quality, time efficiency & to control costs. Mass production: Management of mass production projects within Iris Germanica factories network. Project Planning, Quality Control, Lab Testing, Product Tagging, Packaging and Shipment. Quality control by Iris Germanica Quality Assurance team. Textile & Garment testing by third party test labs for objective test results.
