J&J Mechanical Products Co., Ltd. is located in Dalian, a port city in the north of China. Founded in 1997, our company covers 12,000 meter squares, among which 4,500 meter squares are construction area. Our company has about 100 employees to supply OEM manufacturing for casting, stamping, welding, machining and plasma laser cutting. Here is the distribution of our global business:North America 65%, Europe 15%, Japan 15%, others 5%.Our castings all match relevant ASTM, BS, DIN and JIS standards and the materials are covering grey iron, ductile iron, malleable iron, aluminium and carbon steel. The minimum unit weight of castings is from 0.05kg to 1000kg. Our main products are mechanical equipment parts, construction parts, engineering mobile parts, fences and gate accessories, metal house wares and decorations.Awarded ISO9001:2000 in 2007, our factory is also managed by 5S system. We have our owned engineers and inspectors as well as complete equipment for chemical and physical inspection to ensure that all parts are qualified before loading. We supply all-around services from designing, mould making, sample fabricating, large volume OEM production and shipping. We also have our own trading company for import and export business.
