Recently the group has started a manufacturing unit of Dehyrated Onion Products named Amul Dehydrated at UNA (Gujarat) India. We Process White, Red, Yellow and Pink Onions to manufacture dehydrated onions in forms of Kibbled / Rings / Flackes, Chopped / Minced, Granules, Powder of all grades. The process of dehydration starts from cutting of roots and tops of onions than the onions are washed & sliced and send to dryer for the dehydration process. we have installed latest technology machinery for the dehydration process to remove all the foreign particles to supply the quality dehydrated products. Dehydrated Onion is storable for a much longer period of time and can be used with out losing the pungecy and flavor. It can be used in Dry Soups mixes, Sauces specialty / ethnic food preparations, Canned, Salad dressings Meat Products.
