SE Victoria was registered in St. -Petersburg in September 1990. The firm began its activities with an active participation in setting up commodity stock exchange St. -Petersburg, it became one of the founders of this company in October 1990. The brokers office of the Victoria-90 enterprise is registered at the exchange as 038. Beginning from the first sale in April 1991 the brokers office of the firm occupied the leading position in respect of volumes of metals, wood and sawn timber, oil products and other items of raw and other materials put for sale and sold at the exchange. In 1992 the Victoria was the initiator and one of the founders of the open joint stock company Yantar for the development of the southern seashore of the Finland Bay near Lomonosov (not far from St. -Petersburg) , including construction of a trade sea port in Lomonosov with a turnover of 2 mln tons annually. Our company have 24, 8 of shareholdings. The main aim of the activities of the daughter enterprises and the JSC SE Victoria-90 holding company itself is the transportation of its own cargo on its own vessels and cargo processing on its own berths and terminals. The firm plans to have its own motor-transport enterprise in St. -Petersburg near Lomonosov port and its own group of cargo air carriers for transportation of foodstuffs and consumer goods to difficult-to-reach regions of Russia. At present the firm plane to conclude a number of contract for purchase of dry cargo vessels of river-sea-going type with 3000 t. Capacity and sea-going type with 5000 t. And more. All the newly bought vessels are registered in our Panama trade shipping company Silverline Shipping & Trading Company Inc. And will sail under the flag of Panama. International contracts are concluded through our off-shore companies.
