Jiangsu Shangyue Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer which focuses on the development and production of automotive lighting products. Our main business line is the fully auto-lighting of commercial heavy duty trucks of Volvo, Scania, Man, Mercedes Benz, DAF, IVECO and Renault. Most of our products have passed ECE and CCC certifications, and our company has also obtained ISO9000 and TS16949 quality system certifications. Our former company, Danyang Hanlin Mould Plastic Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, covers an area of 13,000sqm, with building area of more than 9,000 square meters. We have mold production equipment such as CNC, EDM, and wire cutting machine. We also possess independent product development and design ability, with much experience in mold and automotive lighting product making. We have injection molding machines, clamp machines, airtight testing sets, lighting ultrasonic testing units, mechanical hands, hot melt machines, hot plate welding machines and other production equipment, so we have great ability to produce automotive lighting products. Our company is also equipped with light-type testing machine, vibration test-bed, high and low temperature tester, rain tester, aging tester test equipment and other equipment. To ensure the stability, reliability, consistency and safety of product, we have a strict quality inspection system for assembled parts, production processes, de-product storage and product shipment. Our purpose is to make all customers happy, faithful and trustful. 1999. 03 Hanlin Mould was founded in the East China Lamps Mall - Danyang, Jiangsu, China. Our company is an OEM supplier for China's Tianjin Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd. The products are hand brake hoods. 2003. 10 Our company owned mold manufacturing equipment such as CNC, electrical pulse equipment, line cutting machine and more, and began to develop and produce lamp molding. 2005. 03 We provided OEM service for China's First Automotive Works Corporation, Changchun Light Factory. 2006. 06 Jiangsu Shangyue Auto Parts Co., Ltd was founded. 2006. 06 We got E-mark approval for first lamp. 2007. 02 We got CCC certification.
