Jiangyin Uni-Metals Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, aiming to be one of the best export-oriented enterprises in China. Our company is a leading supplier of precision castings, forging parts, machining parts and line fittings. Casting: with our long-time experience in precision casting, we provide our customers with diversified manufacture methods. We have true investment casting, lost wax casting and duplex casting based on different kinds of shells and we also supply a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel. Meanwhile, through our outsource department, we provide a portion of ductile iron and grey iron products. The total annual production capability is 5000 tons. Forging: we mainly manufacture line fittings for power systems in carbon, bronze and aluminum. Our annual production capability is above 4000 tons. Machining: we provide excellent machining performance for after-treatment of casting steel and forging products we manufacture. Casting aluminum: In order to meet the demands in line fitting market, we provide all kinds of casting aluminum parts. Our annual production capability is around 3000 tons. Uni-metals has advanced manufacture equipment, excellent management systems and strict quality-control guidelines. As early as March of 2003, we attained ISO/TS16949:2002 certification issued by the TUV Shanghai Co., Ltd. Uni-metals has developed more than two thousand kinds of products for international market, covering all types of line fittings, industrial valves, hydraulic machinery accessories, engineering machinery parts, auto parts, diesel engine pistons, agricultural parts and general machinery accessories. Based on the platform of Uni-metals, we have two affiliated companies: Yangzhou Uni-metals Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Jiangyin Uni-metals. Established in 2005, Yangzhou Uni-metals has a variety of manufacture methods, such as forging, punching, bending and welding. The target products are insulator line ending series, including balls, sockets, rings and Y-pattern and other line fittings for power systems. Yangzhou Uni-metals has launched the casting aluminum project in innovation and production. Jiangyin Uni-poly Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture with a British casting company, mainly specializing in turbo wheel, which is the key part for an auto turbocharger. It is accredited and authorized by the largest turbocharger manufacturer Honeywell. At present, Uni-poly has sent more than 30 kinds of turbo wheel samples to Honeywell shanghai company.
