Jiashan Tecmetal Mechanical Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TMD JIASHAN) was founded in September of 2005. TMD JIASHAN is the brother company of Shanghai Tecmetal Import and Export Co., Ltd. (TMD SHANGHAI). Since Both TECMETAL are focused in Technical Metal Developing, we named our trade mark: TECMETAL and TMD TMD JIASHAN purchased the whole sliding bearing production line and the technology together with the labor resources from SLS company which founded the sliding bearing workshop in May of 1999. So up to now, we have also had almost 10 years' equivalent production experience. TMD JIASHAN is located in Jiashan, Zhejiang Province and are only 70km away from Shanghai. It is very convenient for either delivery or visiting of our customers. TMD JIASHAN owns 7594sqm land and 4444sqm workshop. There are more than 50 staff members. Now, TMD JIASHAN has more than RMB5,000,000 of capital asserts. The total turnover in 2008 was about RMB6,000,000.TMD SHANGHAI has more than RMB 10,000,000 capital asserts, the total turnover in 2008 was about 24,000,000RMB. TMD JIASHAN implement strictly in accordance with ISO9001 quality system from the raw material input, tool manufacturing, sintering and forming to service. The whole processes are controlled. The operators check the initial parts first and then the inspectors execute routing inspection. Every process has been strictly controlled and has the traceability so as to guarantee that 100% qualified parts are submitted. TMD JIASHAN has well equipped facilities, including nitrogen and hydrogen protecting mesh sintering furnaces, POM coating furnaces, PTFE plasticizing furnaces, laminators and forming machines. There are more than 100 sets of equipment. We have end-face wear and friction machines and MPV anti worn machines to test the friction coefficient so as to check whether our finished rough-sheet is qualified or test the new material's property. We are confident that we have the capability to develop and apply new materials. The technique power of TMD JIASHAN is strong. We have 5 members who are Mechanical Engineers. They are familiar with the mechanical technology, including the process and computer design software, such as autoCAD, UG, Solidworks and ProE. It's easy for us to read and design with software. TMD JIASHAN concentrates on all kinds of wrapped bushing sheet materials and different sizes of wrapped thin wall sliding bearings. We are one of the main wrapped thin wall sliding bearing manufacturers in China. The inner diameter of our products may be from 2mm to 500mm. We have strong capability of designing and producing none standard parts. TMD JIASHAN is an enterprise integrating design and production only. TMD SHANGHAI is in charge of all marketing and sale. The main products of TMD JIASHAN are SF-1(DU) oilless sliding bearings, SF-2 boundary film lubricating sliding bearings, JF bimetal sliding bearings, BL bronze lozenge wrapped sliding bearings, BH bronze with hole wrapped sliding bearings and others. There are 6 series and more than 10000 specifications. Our products have stable quality, high precision and no noise and are suitable for all high temperature, high speed, low temperature, low speed occasions. 95% of our products are exported. TMD still have capability to find more new customers in future market. TMD JIASHAN persist in the tenet of "sincerely producing excellent quality products for our customers".
