Jiaxing Gangheng Knitted Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint venture specializing in producing medium and superior grade knitting fabric and clothing, located in Longxiang Industrial Zone, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province (500m away from Wuzhen Town Toll Station), about 60km away from Hangzhou and 170km from Shanghai. We own 12 sets of the most advanced German Mayer & Cie (INOVIT2.0II,18G/34 inches) super-speed rib circular knitting machines and 12 sets of Mayer single jacquard knitting machines and double jacquard knitting machines (including 24G/28G) with the advanced computerized needle selection system. Besides, we also have more than 100 sets of circular knitting machines from Germany and Singapore as well as many other advanced jacquard knitting machines. We deal in all kinds of big circular knitted fabric like pc-mercerized jacquard, jersey, rib, yarn dyed strips, jacquard fabric and other relative products and produce knitting fabric more than 400 tons per month. The above-mentioned fabric is exported to Japan, Western Europe and the USA. Jersey Collection: Cotton jersey, auto-stripe dyed-yarn jersey, brushed jersey, jacquard jersey, S+Z twist jersey, georgette, knitted denim, elastic jersey, elastic dyed-yarn jersey, and elastic dyed-yarn pique.Rib Collection: Rib, elastic rib (1x1, 2x2, 4x1, 6x4), transfer rib, jacquard rib, tuck rib, structural rib, elastic dyed-yarn rib, elastic drop needle rib, waffle, and twist rib.Mercerized Fabric Collection: Mercerized solid/dyed-yarn jersey (30s/1, 40S/1, 40S/2, 60S/2, 50S/2, 80S/2), mercerized solid/dyed-yarn rib, and mercerized solid/dyed-yarn interlock fabric.Interlock Fabric Collection: Solid/auto-stripe/dyed-yarn/drop needle interlock, elastic drop needle interlock, potiroman, sandwich, French rib, polyester filament face and cotton back, jacquard interlock, and knitted check interlock.Terry/Velvet Collection: Elastic / dyed-yarn / auto-stripe terry, solid/auto-stripe velvet.Linen Collection: Knitted plain linen / rib etc.Jacquard Collection: Double jacquard fabric, single jacquard fabric, and towel jacquard fabric.On clothing equipment, we have 80 sets of double lockstitch machines, 20 sets of Binding sewing machines, 8 sets of zig-zag stitching machines, 6 sets of flexure sewing machines, 35 sets of sewing machines, 4 sets of cloth cutting machines, 10 sets of ironing machines and 4 sets of needle detector machines. Our products are all exported to Japan, Europe and the USA. We have more than 200 workers and 180 professional and technicians having many years' experience in knitted fabric.
