The manufacturing facilities are located in Huiyang with a total plant area of 55,000sqm.We are also dedicated to introducing technical and advanced machines in our factories to enhance automatic foam production.We aim at taking 'quality, reputation, service and efficiency' as the top priority. Demands of sponge are increasing every day in the market and the annual sales revenue of both facilities in 2007 & 2008 was 100 million RMB. We can provide any kind of sponges from 10 to 150 degree density of foam. Products include: Electronic foam, high resilience, viscoelastic (slow recovery), and bra foam, reborn foam, anti yellowing foam, filter foam, bathing foam, soft & hard sponge, any color foam, environmentally friendly pearl sponge, round strip and ball foam, shoulder & regenerated pads and magnetic pillows. Our products are suitable for furniture, bedding, shoes, bags, toys, car sets, packing, gifts and others. Besides, we also provide service of additional processing or cutting sponge into various shapes.Before the delivery to customers, every batch of foam products will have dimension, density & hardness measurement in addition to visual inspection. We have a good documented quality management system to support our operation and we are planning to get ISO9001 certificate in 2010.
